A Centrally Sponsored Scheme, Multi Sectoral Development Programme (MSDP) is being implemented by WMD Deptt. It covers 19 Districts comprising 118 Minority Concentrated Blocks (MCBs) and 1 (one) Minority Concentrated Town (MCT). Under MSDP 12th Plan against the State allocation of Rs.525.26 Crore, we have received approval for an amount of Rs.616.74 crore (117%). Out of the approved amount, Rs.303.27 crores have been received as 1st installment. Allocation of Rs.145.00 crore for the year 2017-18 under MSDP has been received from Govt. of India.
